Network Operation Centre: A network operations center (NOC) is one or more locations from which network monitoring and control or network management is exercised over a computer, telecommunication or satellite network. NOCs are implemented by business organizations, public utilities, universities and government agencies that oversee complex networking environments that require high availability.

Incident Management Helpdesk: The first goal of the incident management process is to restore a normal service operation as quickly as possible and to minimize the impact on business operations, thus ensuring that the best possible levels of service quality and availability are maintained. 'Normal service operation' is defined here as service operation within service-level agreement (SLA).

Vendor Management: A vendor management system (VMS) is an Internet-enabled, often Web-based application that acts as a mechanism for business to manage and procure staffing services – temporary and in some cases, permanent placement services – as well as outside contract or contingent labor. Typical features of a VMS application include order distribution, consolidated billing and significant enhancements in reporting capability that outperforms manual systems and processes.

Technical Manpower Services: Technical management is the systematic efforts used in the deployment of a system or process and in balancing its cost, effectiveness and supportability during its life cycle.
